You receive your invoice from infomedics

In our practice we like to give you all the attention and good care. Therefore, we work together with Infomedics for sending and collecting our invoices. This means that you will receive an invoice for the care from Infomedics.

Insurance coverage from your health insurance company

If your health insurer covers part of your invoice, this is clearly stated on the invoice. What is left over you pay to Infomedics. Do you have a question about the amount coverage on your invoice? Please contact your health insurer. Is there no coverage on the invoice? Then pay everything to Infomedics and check whether you can still submit the invoice to your health insurer.

Important payment terms

Infomedics may, if possible, declare your invoice to your health insurance company. You will always see a possible insurance coverage on the invoice.

Infomedics expects you to pay the invoice by the due date as stated on the invoice.

If you have not paid the invoice by the due date, you will be in debt without the need for further notice. Because you can obviously forget, you will receive a reminder asking you to pay the invoice within 15 days after you received it. If payment is not made within this period, Infomedics will charge interest and collection costs.

Please note that if you file a complaint or enroll with another health care provider, your invoice will still ultimately need to be paid. Your payment obligation cannot be suspended because of this.
