Despite our efforts, it may happen that you do not agree with something. You can always ask us. We can then explain why we did something in a certain way. Together we can then look for a solution.

Information centre and complaints procedure

If we can’t work it out together then you can seek advice from the Dental Information Centre (TIP). The TIP is part of our complaints procedure and set up by our professional association the KNMT. If this also does not solve the problem, then we as a Dental Practice Heresingel are affiliated with the collective complaints procedure of the KNMT.
